Allmax is pleased to manufacture your exclusive type of gauges. We will be happy to have your intended designs, including the face, the bezel, the casing and the crystal. We also offer design and manufacturing services on demand. The following are Allmax’s OEM /ODM requirements:

1. All Allmax designed blueprints are for free. You are also welcome to come up with your own designs.
2. Expenses accrued out of making molds will have to be the consignor’s charge.
3. Molds belonging to the consignor can either be entrusted to Allmax or be sent to the consignor with a delivery.
4. Without prior consent from the consignor, Allmax is not allowed to transfer in any way to a third party the consignor’s exclusive design of any model, logo, and casing, etc.
5. When an OEM/ODM case is formally established, Allmax is not allowed to use the consignor’s design in any way on any other products, as the effort to protect the consignor’s right.
   

The OEM/ODM terms should be tailored in such style that they benefit both parties engaged and should be complied to by both parties once agreed upon.
