LIMITED WARRANTY
Allmax will warranty for the period of 1 year from original purchase against all defects in workmanship and materials. Allmax is not responsible for expenses incurred for labor, personal injury or inconvenience. Allmax sole responsibility is to offer a replacement product or to repair the damaged product. Allmax cannot warranty products damaged by improper installation or used for racing or off-road use. All other products sold by Allmax are warranted by the original Allmax and is not the responsibility of Allmax.
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Authorization for returned goods must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Please email us at allmax@allmaxauto.com to obtain an RGA number. The RGA number must be written on the outside of the return package. Please include a copy of the original invoice in the package with an explanation for return and daytime area code and phone number. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. We will not accept any COD packages or packages without an RGA number on the outside of the package. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns of electrical goods.
SHIPPING ERRORS
Errors in shipping occasionally happen. In the case of a shipping error on our part we will issue a EMS/DHL/UPS call tag for return of the merchandise and ship the correct part to you. All returned parts must be in 100% ON ITS ORIGINAAL condition and be in the original packaging.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All pricing does not include freight charges. All orders are insured for full value. Allmax Enterprise Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment. All merchandise leaves our facilities properly packaged and in perfect condition. When you receive your shipment, please inspect your packages in the presence of the delivery person. All damage claims are the responsibility of the customer and must be made with the freight carrier. Allmax cannot initiate claims for the customer. In the event of a damaged shipment, please keep all the original packages and packing material for inspection. IF for some reason a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable or not in on three attempts, you will be responsible for all freight charges and a hold put on all future shipments until the incurred shipping costs have been paid in full.
We ship via DHL/UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. For expedited orders we can ship via DHL/UPS Next Day, Second Day or 3 day delivery at extra cost.
SPONSORSHIP
We're working on a detailed description of what we look for in a proposal, so check back later. For now, the simplest answer is convincing us that you'll be a good representative of Allmax and more importantly, that YOU'LL HELP US SELL OUR PRODUCTS. We are, after all, a business and can't sponsor everyone that asks.
Send us a written proposal that tells us who you are, what kind of vehicle you have, including modifications, what events you plan to attend, how you'll attempt media coverage, and exactly what it is that you want from Allmax. You'd be surprised how many people write proposals, but don't propose anything other than "sponsor me."
